We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run day-to-day operations across our London projects — coordinating trades, managing schedules, and keeping every job compliant and on track.
Requirements
- SMSTS certification and CSCS card (black or gold card preferred)
- 5+ years managing residential building or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and health & safety requirements
- Confident coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on site
