The Brief
The property still had its original wiring and an outdated fuse box with rewireable fuses. The client wanted a full rewire and a modern, RCD-protected consumer unit ahead of a wider refurbishment.
Our Approach
Our NICEIC-registered electricians carried out a complete strip-out of the existing wiring, installed new cabling throughout, and fitted a new 18th Edition consumer unit with dual RCD protection. Every circuit was tested individually before being signed off.
The Result
Fourteen circuits were rewired and two new RCDs installed across three working days, with full testing completed and a formal Electrical Installation Certificate issued on completion — giving the client the paperwork as well as the peace of mind.
