The Brief
This London flat needed a complete top-to-bottom refurbishment — a dated kitchen, an outdated bathroom, tired decoration throughout, and wiring that was well overdue for replacement.
Our Approach
Rather than bringing in separate contractors for each trade, we managed the entire refurbishment under one dedicated site manager: a partial rewire and new consumer unit, a full kitchen strip-out and refit, a new bathroom suite with full tanking, replastering throughout, and complete redecoration.
Because every trade was ours or directly managed by us, the schedule stayed tight and the client had a single point of contact for the entire ten-week project.

The flat was transformed from a dated, tired property into a bright, modern home — delivered on the original fixed-price quote, with the client leaving a five-star review on completion.
