How we work
Every project starts with a free survey of your property and a conversation about how you use it. From that we prepare an itemised, fixed-price quote, usually within 48 hours, so you know the cost before any work begins. There are no vague allowances and no surprise invoices halfway through.
Once you approve the quote, a dedicated site manager takes charge of the job. They are your single point of contact, they run the programme and they keep you informed, so you are never left chasing different trades for answers.
Our own trades, not a chain of subcontractors
Our bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and plasterers work for us directly. That is why the schedule we agree at quote stage holds up on site, and why the standard of workmanship is consistent from one stage of the build to the next. Structural and electrical work is certified and inspected, and our workmanship comes with a written guarantee.

Planning, Building Regulations and the paperwork
Getting the approvals right matters as much as the building itself. We check your address against the local council’s conservation area and Article 4 records before we quote, we manage planning applications and Building Control inspections where they are needed, and we handle party wall matters so they do not hold up your programme.
